Race Consultant: This includes two meetings with the client and the client’s race committee to help create a new event or bring new ideas to a current event. Recommendations will include every aspect of having a successful race, promotion, management, and administration. In addition to the meetings and training, the client will receive a comprehensive check list to use as a guide. A member of the race committee will be available to answer questions by phone until the day of the race. The client will be trained in the key areas of race management so that they can “do it on their own”. Fee $250.

Race Management: This includes attendance and participation in regular committee meetings, course design, course measurement, permit acquisition, assistance in t-shirt design and printing, coordination of police officers, coordination of portable toilet delivery, coordination of bib number printing and delivery, complete finish line timing and results services, finish line announcing, providing safety pins, pens, cash boxes and signage, set up course on race day with traffic cones and managing the activities to insure a successful event.
